Triviron Project Management (TPM) celebrated its 20th anniversary in style on Friday evening, bringing together business leaders, clients, industry partners, employees, family and friends for a black-tie gala that reflected on two decades of growth, resilience and purpose-driven leadership.
Held at the Divine Sunset Venue in Midrand, the celebration recognised the company’s evolution into one of South Africa’s respected project management organisations while reaffirming the values that have shaped its success since its inception. Throughout the evening, integrity, excellence and a commitment to people emerged as the defining themes, highlighting a business that measures its achievements not only through completed projects but also through the lives it has impacted.
Guest speakers reflected on Triviron Project Management’s remarkable journey, describing an organisation built on resilience, disciplined leadership and a long-term vision to create lasting value. Their tributes also highlighted the leadership that has steered the company over the past two decades, emphasising that sustainable success is rooted in strong relationships, sound governance and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
A key focus of the evening was the company’s investment in South Africa’s youth. Approximately 60% of Triviron Project Management’s workforce comprises young professionals, underscoring the organisation’s deliberate commitment to developing future industry leaders. Through structured mentorship, skills development initiatives and career growth programmes, the company continues to equip young employees with the knowledge and experience needed to build successful, long-term careers.
Speaking at the celebration, Thembi Mahlope, Executive of Human Resources and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), said the company’s mission extends far beyond employment.
